Proposition 4 will ask California voters in November to provide the funding necessary to protect our drinking water, keep our air clean, prevent flooding and sea level rise, mitigate wildfires and protect our wildlife. With your support, we can make sure that all Californians can have the opportunity to be healthy and safe and have access to the resources that are their right.

PROPOSITION 4 is a general obligation bond that invests $10 billion in the coming years to address some of California’s most critical water and natural resource needs. The state legislature passed the Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention, Drought Preparedness, and Clean Air Bond Act of 2024 (SB 867) with bipartisan support and it will appear on the November 5, 2024 statewide ballot.
