We must invest in Clean Drinking Water, Wildfire Mitigation, Wildlife Protection and Clean Air Now.

Our organizations represent a broad and diverse group of community interests from across the state in agreement that public investments are needed now to prepare California for the impacts of extreme weather. To successfully achieve California’s 2045 carbon neutrality goal in an equitable manner, the state must rapidly invest to deploy  climate mitigation measures and strengthen its resiliency. In doing so, we must protect  the State’s natural resources and vulnerable communities who have historically been  excluded from state investments and are bearing the brunt of climate change impacts.
